05-30-2005 Trip to Winnemucca

This year Ms. Nancy convinced me to ride with her to the Runamucca-in-Winnemucca rally in Northern Nevada. It was a long ride to get there with one 500+ mile day involved.
Winnemucca is a small gambling town about 1 hour South of the Oregon / Idaho border and this rally brought in about 5,000 bikes, mostly from Nevada and points West. We met many great people and had a blast with all the events going on.
On Memorial Day, I scooted up to Boise Idaho to vist friends for a day, then wound my way back across Southern Idaho and Wyoming to turn it into a great little 2,000 miles seven-day weekend trip.
