BuckSnort restaurant ride Friday July 2

Sorry If you missed this one!; left Morrison conoco w/four of us; Gary M. Ron; Bud/Dotti; rode up Ken Caryl back rd; to Deer Creek canyon; up to High grade rd; weather cloudy but nice an cool; across pLeasant park rd down side road to Foxton canyon to S. Platte river; followed river to Buffalo Creek;then north to Pine; stopped at emporium and shopped antiques.*They have paved the road all the way up to the restaurant!;just as got inside& ordered it rained a little shower; left 1:30 took main road back to hiwy 285 down to Conifer;turn back onto pleasant park rd; then turn east on Olmstead across the valley on City View DR; great view of Denver from top;down into S.Turkey creek canyon by Vol. fire dept; stopped at Ranch grill(by Tiny Town) for coke/tea; rode Deer Creek canyon back to C-470; split up for home;Beautiful trip on the back roads/ horse pastures. Fun time had by all the retiree's.Another Messick adventure; we were never lost!
