Conquered Pikes Peak

Three riders Gary M; Rod and Don; made it up to the top of Pikes Peaks. Good weather day sunshine 55 deg on top no wind. 18 miles; still graded gravel from mile 10 to mile 13;but good news is new pavement from the summit down to 1st lookout; top 1 1/2 mi. Took 1 hr up and 1 hr down;lunch at Manitou Pancake house. rode back to Monument and split up there. Good day ;tiring ride.
